The circle consists of 38 stones dating from the early Bronze Age (1000BC) and can be found in a field some 2 miles from Keswick.

Derwent Water
You can sail on Derwent Water with the Keswick Launch.  A round trip takes just over an hour and the boat stops at seven different pick up points.  You could catch the boat and be picked up from one of the pick up points and then continue the tour through the Borrowdales passing Buttermere and Crummock Water en-route, or alternatively just spend a little time in Keswick.
